Two ways to remove your Ting account and everything attached to it.

This is the quickest way, and it happens immediately.
Email us from the same address you used to sign in with Google. That address is how we find your account, so a message from any other address will not work.
Write “Delete my Ting account” in the subject. We do this within 30 days and reply once it is done.
Your account, the country you told us, the region and mode you picked, your trust score, and your blocked list. All of it, permanently.
Safety reports other people made about you. A report records who made it, who it was about, the reason, and when — all by account ID, not by name or email. We keep these so that someone who has been reported for harming others cannot clear their record by deleting and signing up again. Reports older than 90 days no longer count against a trust score, but the records themselves are kept.
If your account is suspended when you delete it, we keep your email address along with the date the suspension ends. Without this, deleting the account would be an easy way to escape a suspension. Nothing else is kept with it, and it is used for nothing else.
Deleting is permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot restore an account once it is gone. Signing up again gives you a new account, starting from a fresh trust score.
